equipped kitchen shopping mall square pillows warm temperature

My room had a well-equipped kitchen. It included everything I needed and even a dishwasher. The hotel is across the road from a shopping mall so buying food was easy.

I found the pillows to be big and square. This made them very uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well. The room temperature was also very warm.

The room included a stacked kitchenette with utilities. The bathroom was spacious, a nice surprise.

The pillows were a bit too big for my liking.

Acceptable Stay but Some Issues Need Attention

The breakfast was a letdown. I expected more for the price. Plus, some appliances in the room were broken. They asked me to pay extra for city tax before I left, claiming a system failure. I paid the full amount when I arrived!

excellent stay experience

convenient location friendly staff

the location near a shopping mall and public transport was very convenient. i also liked the free coffee available all day , it was a nice touch. the staff was friendly and spoke multiple languages. i found a huge mall right in front of the hotel, very useful.

the air conditioning didn't work properly, and it made the room too warm. i was told it was due to the outside temperature, so it couldn't be adjusted. this made sleeping difficult.

complimentary coffee and water are available at the reception, a great plus . the hotel rooms include amenities, like a hairdryer and an iron, which adds convenience. these facilities .
