The breakfast was a letdown. I expected more for the price. Plus, some appliances in the room were broken. They asked me to pay extra for city tax before I left, claiming a system failure. I paid the full amount when I arrived!

the location near a shopping mall and public transport was very convenient. i also liked the free coffee available all day , it was a nice touch. the staff was friendly and spoke multiple languages. i found a huge mall right in front of the hotel, very useful.

the air conditioning didn't work properly, and it made the room too warm. i was told it was due to the outside temperature, so it couldn't be adjusted. this made sleeping difficult.

complimentary coffee and water are available at the reception, a great plus . the hotel rooms include amenities, like a hairdryer and an iron, which adds convenience. these facilities .

The large room was quite convenient. The bathroom also had a very nice bathtub, it was very relaxing after a long day. I found a walk-in laundry room, I could get fresh towels there when I needed them.

The breakfast was very poor. I did not find it very appealing. Some appliances in the room were also broken. It was disappointing to discover this.
